THE PLACE
The apartment is located on the second shoreline of a picturesque bay, 50 m from the sea in Seget Vranjica (15 minutes by car to Split airport).
In the immediate vicinity (6 minutes by car) there is a fish and seafood farm (Fischfarm, Poljička cesta, Bataluša, 21222, Poljica, Croatia), there are many restaurants in the bay and you can rent kayaks, supers and boats. To the beautiful old town of Trogir 13 minutes by car and 12 minutes by car to the larger supermarkets Lidl and Kaufland.
THE DETAILS
In the apartment you will find everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, large fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, water filter, coffee machine, blender. In the fridge there will always be a carafe of water and ice in the freezer waiting for guests to cool down after the trip. And you can enjoy air conditioning, which is installed in the kitchenette and bedroom.
The apartment consists of one bedroom (with a large bed 160 x 200 cm) with a separate exit to the terrace, a living room with a kitchenette, a small office, a dressing room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a bathtub. The total area is approx. 40 m2, a perfect place for a couple. In the living room there is an additional bed 140x200 cm (the sofa can be folded out), so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is wifi in the whole apartment and in the living room you will find loudspeaker. We have also prepared board games and even mini billiards at your disposal.
The 60m2 terrace consists of 3 areas: lounge zone, dining area and outdoor kitchen with grill. It is equipped with 2 swing chairs, sofa, dining table for 6 people and a bio-fireplace. You will also find outdoor shower for quick refreshment after a good swim.
The height of the ceilings is 2,09 cm, so, please, pay attention as some of the guests might have some difficulties with it.
